Overview

At ISEL™, the delivery of your archive is the final step in our quality control. We are committed to a seamless experience, ensuring your pieces arrive in the same pristine condition in which they left our studio.

The Dispatch Protocol

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Processing Window: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to prepare and pack your order.
  • Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (AEST/AEDT) on Friday, or over the weekend, will enter the queue the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: Complimentary on orders over $150. (Estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch).
  • Express Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout. (Estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch).

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery frames are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

  • International Express: 4 to 10 business days (approximate).
  • International Standard: 6 to 27 business days (approximate).

Please Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes determined by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Once your archive has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may monitor the journey of your package via the link provided.

Potential Delays

While we strive for precision, delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, and customs processing.
