Welcome to ISEL. By accessing the ISEL Archive (the "Site"), purchasing our products, or using our services, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Colour Accuracy: We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 6: Mobile Terms of Service

By consenting to ISEL SMS marketing at checkout, you agree to receive recurring text notifications about your order, including abandoned checkout reminders, text marketing offers, and transactional messages. We send marketing messages in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Message frequency varies and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials or websites, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability for them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 14, ISEL and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Service.

Where our liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Section 13: Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ISEL and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Section 14: Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
